About the Role
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, stain, and other finishes to various surfaces. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential and industrial painting, along with proficiency in tasks such as drywall repair, stucco application, and fixture installation.
Duties:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and smoothing
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Perform minor carpentry work such as repairing drywall and plaster
- Restore and refinish surfaces as needed
- Work on remodeling projects including frame carpentry
- Conduct industrial painting tasks following safety guidelines
Experience:
- Proven experience in residential painting
- Knowledge of industrial painting techniques
- Familiarity with drywall repair and plaster application
- Ability to work on remodeling projects
- Proficiency in stucco and frame carpentry
- Experience in fixture installation is a plus
Requirements
